I'm a Teacher, Support Employee or Principal:

Confirm your sponsored ticket by calling the Chamber at 318-325-1961 or email woodard@westmonroechamber.org. Teachers and Support Employees- your ticket and 1 guest ticket will be covered by Adopt A School. Principals - your ticket only is covered by Ouachita Parish Schools.

For Teachers and Support Employees - Please ensure you share the name of your guest ticket holder when you RSVP.

I need additional tickets for my Family, or Friends to attend:

We welcome additional guests, but additional tickets must be purchased for $35 each. Please use the link above to purchase those tickets online with a credit card, or contact the chamber to reserve by phone 318-325-1961. All tickets must be paid before the event to be confirmed. Seating is limited and tickets will not be confirmed until payment is made. Payment can be made in person by check at the Chamber Office (112 Professional Drive, West Monroe).

I need to pay for additional tickets by check or cash:

No problem, please come by the WMWO Chamber office during our business hours and we will help you confirm your tickets.
