Board Member Spotlight: Rick Guillot, Origin Bank
Incoming 2025 Chairman – West Monroe West Ouachita Chamber of Commerce
This month, we shine a spotlight on Rick Guillot, a familiar face to many in the community—not just in banking, but also on the airwaves.
Rick serves as Senior Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager at Origin Bank, where he helps build and maintain strong banking relationships by offering a range of lending and deposit services. “I enjoy being a part of my customers’ business journey,” Rick shares. “It’s rewarding to support their growth while representing Origin Bank in our community.”
Rick’s dedication to the local business landscape naturally led him to the Chamber, where he’s an active and engaged board member—and our incoming Chairman for 2025. “The Chamber is a hub for bringing the community together and is a positive influence for our local economy,” he says. “Its impact on our community is generational which is a priority to me personally .”
As a board leader, Rick contributes both financial expertise and a deep-rooted commitment to community success. He has played a valuable role in shaping the Chamber’s strategic goals, lending insight into key initiatives like workforce development, economic engagement, and small business support. His focus on collaboration and long-term impact helps guide the Chamber’s programs in meaningful and sustainable ways.
When he's not supporting local businesses or planning for the Chamber’s future, Rick enjoys spending time with family, traveling, catching a ballgame, or hitting the golf course. And here’s a fun fact: you may recognize his voice from the radio! Rick has the unique privilege of calling play-by-play for West Monroe High School football and baseball—an experience that blends his passion for sports and love of community.
We’re proud to have Rick Guillot’s leadership, insight, and voice—both literally and figuratively—on our Chamber Board. His commitment to service makes him a vital part of our work to strengthen and grow West Ouachita Parish.
