Variety, like the name implies, is like a variety show. It is an inter-generational cultural experience that will take place at the Masur five times a year. Each edition will feature a new line-up each time! Free admission and activities!!! The first Variety will be held on February 4, 2 – 5 pm at the Masur Museum of Art. The Masur Museum is located at 1400 South Grand Street, Monroe, Louisiana 71202.

The Line-up
2 – 2:50 pm: Live Music by Josh Love
Josh Love will play a killer set and talk about the history behind many of the songs he plays. Love plays in many styles, expect original tunes and standards. He might be planning a surprise or two for us.
3 – 4 pm: Studio Practice Lecture
Exhibiting artist Dean Dablow will discuss his life, career, and rich artistic practice.

Bring your children and make a mobile inspired by Beili Liu’s current exhibition!
2 – 5 pm: Shoebox Challenge
Flex your creative might with the Downtown Arts Alliance’s Art Club. A FREE art activity for the whole family!
2 – 5pm: Department of Parks and Recreation Meet and Greet
Find out about the fun things the City of Monroe is doing for you and your kids!
2 – 5 pm: Designs by Zach Hannibal

Buy local! Coffee, snacks, and more!
